Work From Home

We want to ensure that both employees and Red River will benefit from remote work. Not all positions are appropriate or feasible for remote work. Approval for remote work will be determined by your manager. Remote work arrangements may be discontinued at any time based on business needs.
The suitability for remote work takes the following aspects into consideration:
• Employee suitability. The employee and manager will assess the needs and work habits of the employee, compared to traits customarily recognized as appropriate for successful telecommuters.
• Job responsibilities. The employee and manager will discuss the job responsibilities and determine if the job is appropriate for a Remote work arrangement.
• Equipment needs, workspace design considerations and scheduling issues. The employee and manager will review the physical workspace needs and the appropriate location for the telework.
• Internet Adequacy. In order to work remote employees shall have adequate internet speeds.
