It is 35% off your meal, most of the time they take off your two most expensive items on your check if you are with a group of people.

Best thing: You get a lot of free stuff. Bad: Employee discount only applies when you work.

Free shift meal off free menu and 50% if you offer off regular menu and 25% off dine in + all your guests in attendance.

Free food for kitchen and half off front end. And you get a discount when you bring family in of 25%.

They only gave 50% off which wasn't very cool considering most restaurants give you a free meal during your shift. Red Robin did not. Annoying how there was so much pressure to upsell so much but they couldn't give us a free burger...

you get 50 percent of your meal when your working, and 25 percent when you come in on an off day. no free meals even when you work doubles and your doing them a favor. they don't care, your just a number and extremely replaceable.
