Although its not typical for a Broker to offer Health Insurance it was one of the perks, that has now changed and employees will contribute to the monthly premium

All I pay is co-pays. No out of pocket cost which is incredible. Vision plan is amazing. $1200 contacts = $0 from me

Redfin's health plan is an excellent point of service, allows the ability to use any provider in area relatively easily. The dental plan is among the better, limitations to 2 cleanings per year.
