Thank you for taking the time to review our Diversity program. We appreciate your honesty and are saddened to learn you feel the Diversity Program exists simply to prevent lawsuits. Our Diversity Program sets out to encourage our employees with their diverse ideas, interests, and perspectives to promote diversity and inclusion with each of our team members to foster a welcoming and positive work environment for all.
We would also like you to know the Women’s GM Summit was held to inspire our female GMs and obtain their insight in respect to the advancement of women within Regal. We are disappointed to learn you feel women are not treated equally within Regal and would like to get further insight as to why you believe this.
