It was really nice to get free movie tickets for you and a friend or you and your parents whenever you wanted.

Regal has no competitive benefits in the modern market place.

Awful now that it has changed to 2 passes per week

It's half-off most concessions items, but you're limited as to how many items you can purchase, and you're not allowed to buy popcorn or anything for your family, even if you are off the clock and accompanying them to the show. Free movies, but they have begun limiting that as well. These two benefits are the only two offered to every single employee.
If you can manage to get a rare and coveted full-time position, and you keep it for a year, you can then sign up for health insurance and take two weeks of paid vacation.
However, if the GM really likes how you look and you put your boobs in his face, he'll contact HR and have them activate your benefits almost immediately.

The food is still overpriced but at half off I’m basically paying for normal priced food so that’s fine. My real gripe is with the tickets that have been reduced to 2 tickets for a week

It was fine until they reduced employee passes to per week not per day. This is because they want to give the studios more money. Yet corporate employees get plus 4 tickets everyday.

Free movies are fantastic. Part time employees (staff and management) get 2 passes/day, while full time employees get 4 passes/day. 8 total discounts for the concession stand/day. Pretty cool.
