It was based off the quarter and not by month. The minimum requirement was probably where they should have started paying out but it was not. The min was where you didn't get wrote up and the payout point was much higher. If you made payout the range was between $700-$1500 but it was taxed at about 40%. So in short the commission structure is a joke and very low.
