Not sure how the maternity leave rates relative to other companies, but I assume pretty well because the paternity leave seems more generous than any other place I know about.

Speaking for paternity leave, it is an acceptable level for the US. Does not compare with foreign companies' benefits, but for a company in the US, it is good.
