The one thing Relativity does EXTREMELY well is PTO. Every time I told friends we had unlimited PTO they would launch into how people actually take less vacation. To combat that, Relativity is closed between Xmas and NYE, and you get a summer holiday for one week (week of 4th of July in USA). So even if you're one of the ones that refuses to take your unlimited PTO, you're forced to be off for those 10ish days and the rest of the 10ish federal holidays in the USA. Exec leadership incredibly supportive of taking time off. My manager always encouraged us to take time off especially during COVID. Other managers appeared to be less supportive based on employee comments in all hands.

Great PRO, since they offer unlimited and have the 2 week breaks throughout they year
