Thanks for taking the time to submit a review! We would like to clarify about the 401k company match vesting - any money that you contribute from your paycheck is always 100% yours, and once you've been employed by Renaissance for 3 years, then you are fully vested.
Company matching funds vest over 3 years: 33% after year 1, 66% after year 2, and 100% after year 3.
