With the current landscape throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, Reonomy has continuously committed to innovative and fun ways to maintain team bonding and connection in a virtual setting! Through virtual Talent Shows, mid-day scavenger hunts, virtual Escape the Rooms, gingerbread bake offs & cooking classes we’ve kept fun and humor at the forefront of our culture!
We prioritize our teams mental health and carving out time to recharge, re-energize and replenish. Everyone is given the first Friday of every month off to recharge & take care of themselves!
With Reonomy’s Work From Home policy, we also provide a generous stipend to ensure every employee has the opportunity to have a comfortable & productive workspace at home, to ensure our team is set up for success in all ways possible!
