There are three plan levels to choose from: Cadillac, Standard, and a High Deductible + HSA plan. For these medical plans, Resolvit pays approximately 70% of the premium costs per employee and you pay the remainder. For the High Deductible + HSA plan, Resolvit also contributes a bi-weekly amount based on the coverage level selected - you may also choose to contribute an additional, pre-tax amount, up to $2,950 annually per individual or up to $5,850 annually per family.
