Equity Incentive Plan

As a part of Zillow Group’s compensation package all employees are able to choose how they would like to receive their stock – in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options or a combination of the two. The program allows employees to tailor their equity-based compensation to their long and short-term financial goals and needs.
