No performance bonuses per-se but there's a 15% profit sharing. It seems no matter how much the profits go up the bonuses don't seem to. Also, this profit-sharing is definitely not spread equally among employees so there is some performance or teachers pet bonus calculation going on there too. This year we're set for record profits but the owner is hell bent to spend on spending all of the extra money so we'll have to see if there are any profits left to be shared at the end of the year.
