They pay for it. That is pretty neat compared to most companies that have a deductable in your paycheck.

For 2015, they changed to a marketplace type of healthcare. The company did front more of the costs. If you are single, then there was no out of pocket cost. For a family, it was about $300 a month, so it was better than most companies.

Great options and good quality. Have had no problems. Prior to turning 26 I was actually able to stay on my parents plan and get reimbursed by RingCentral since I was not using their insurance. This was nice of them to offer that and gave me even more money in my pocket.
