The best thing about their 401k is if you have enough money in their you can borrow against it. Any interest is paid to yourself. You only pay a processing fee and you are allowed to pay it back for as long as you want with a max of five years.

Company match up to 5% of total salary. Overall a good 401k plan, not many employers offer to match anymore.

They match 100% up to 2% you contribute and 50% for an additional 3%.
