the discount was/is 20% which is better than nothing but a company this size can afford to spare a lot more of a discount.

You will not get benefits without being full time and the employee discount is no greater than the customers.

The 20% off is the same for any customer that is at the Gold level with the Wellness + card. The only thing different customers get more coupons that print out for a 30% off shopping pass, and they get our 30% off associate days once every 3 or 4 times a year. So I say what Associate discount?
