Employee Discounts

The employee discount is 20% in Philadelphia.

First company I worked for that offered an Employee Discount, something you do not see anymore. It helps a lot when you need the extra savings.

20% discount everyday on regular priced items.

discount should be on top of sales.

You can get the same discount if you use their card to make purchases. I was already a gold member when I started the job so there were additional benefits that received by working there.

The Rite Aid employee discount is 20% off of unmarked prices. Immediate family household members are open to use this discount as well. Prices are kind of high at Rite Aid so I feel like it discounts the merchandise to the price it should actually be. Not complaining though, I don't utilize it much aside for buying drinks or snacks during the work day.

Once in while we get 30% off regularly priced items

20% on items not prohibited by law to receive a discount for. Every so often it's raised to 30% for a day. I personally feel like food items could be more. Since some days management might not get a break and can't leave work to get food.

The employee discount only applies to regular retail items, it does not apply to sale price items.
