It was beneficial to get employee discounts. My family also benefited from that. I was able to get my basic necessities without spending so much money

20 % employee discount, not too bad.

The Employee Discount is 20% ... the SAME discount a Loyal Customer gets when they get to the highest level. If one is to underpay the Employee, then at least give them 25% off instead. If Customers are getting an Employee Discount, perhaps they should be responsible for cleaning up after themselves, and putting things they don't want back on the shelves. That way Employees can focus on other demanding tasks.

discount doesnt matter. everythings expensive. its cheaper in walmart without the discount
