The Employee Discount is 20% ... the SAME discount a Loyal Customer gets when they get to the highest level. If one is to underpay the Employee, then at least give them 25% off instead. If Customers are getting an Employee Discount, perhaps they should be responsible for cleaning up after themselves, and putting things they don't want back on the shelves. That way Employees can focus on other demanding tasks.
