The plans offered are laughable at best given that this is a medical company. The rates charged, and discounts offered, are terrible. Deductibles ranging from 1,500 - 10,000. Then co pays ranging from 10-30 and specialty co pays ranging from 50-80. Oh, you get a 25% discount, but will almost always receive a bill for this, as the system doesn't recognize if the patient is an employee, and will generate bill for the 25% difference.
To me, co-pays, should be 10-30 total for an employee, and there should be higher discounts, as we work within the system. And they are changing the plans again, to which a few providers are not accepting one of the options being offered. Not sure who thought this was a good idea to offer, as our providers will be considered out of network, unless something changes with the plan.

Over-priced and minimum coverage, even with the more expensive options.

Too expensive and not enough options to get second opinions or find another doctor because the one that you saw wasn't very friendly or professional.
