Equity Incentive Plan

Inconsistent equity compensation across US sites. In some locations it's only available as performance grants with annual review for Director level and above. In other sites it's available to all employees with annual performance grants or stock purchase plans. Since Roche is international, it's also pretty transparent how equity is shared across the organization.
