This is hard to describe. They train you. However, when it comes time to do your job, there are others that correct your work and you are penalized if they say you made a mistake....and a lot of time, the ones correcting you are incorrect themselves. So you are doubling up on your work to correct them....so it's frustrating, at best.

Quicken does train you all the way through but they also hide the downsides of the company by using how much money you can (possibly) make.
