I was injured and our HR was able to negotiate a new healthcare plan that got physical therapy completely covered for employees (when we were switching over). Our Chief Commercial Officer and CEO have been very open about familial health issues and it genuinely is clear how they've historically tried to get their employees the best healthcare plans, even if it costs more money for the business to do so, which I really appreciate. I also generally feel like my plan has been better than my friends' plans who work at other tech companies, which is really great.
