Self insured they make up the money you have to pay. I went directly to the company they use to do paperwork got better coverage less co pay for $600 cheaper than they were offering my wife and I When I previously had it state you are covered then when it comes to them paying out you are not

The same thing I said before... you receive 0 coverage until you meet a rather high deductible. That is insanity, you pay a lot of money for your premium and rollins pays even more they give you NOTHING. They are taking free money from you every check.
