Work From Home

I love working from home because I am an introvert, however Path really takes a proactive approach in trying to keep people engaged with one another. We use an instant messaging system to keep the fun going and keep the communication channels open. We rarely have to use email, and that's reserved for more formal communication needs. I also like that I don't necessarily have to sit at my computer all day. If I want to take a break, I do so on my own time. As long as the work is getting completed my company is happy. They do not micromanage from afar.
