You receive health and wellness benefits but are responsible for paying the full price of insurance each month. While recruiters promote this as additional compensation, you only see a small portion reflected in your paycheck. The job pays well overall, but the hours were sometimes reduced to part-time based on demand, making it challenging to manage during certain months of the year.
