At World HQ employee lunch was free, in other offices employees either chose from a daily menu selection or got a certain amount per diem against their cafeteria purchase. Most offices had break rooms where coffee, tea & other beverages were free. Larger offices also offered free snacks

Working in the South San Francisco Office, you get a prepaid card to lunch for the cafe downstairs. Also, on wed, they use cater2me.
