Super unless you dispute a claim. HR does not intervene or help. Not sure why HR is even needed.

With my doctor on campus it is very easy to make appointments, we also have zero co-pays when we see the provider on campus. Dental/Medical/Vision are great. I also receive partial payment of adult orthodontia.

Benefits have been reduced every year or so, but that's on par with the industry and I still believe they're competitive and generous when compared to other companies in the sector.

Premiums continue to increase while benefits have decreased. Family plans are extremely high.

Minimum out of pocket, better than most other companies
