Best thing by far is the on campus health care center that is available to SAS employees and their families, and no one else. Run by a billionaire who doesn't like to wait, so you never wait more than 10 minutes from when you get into the waiting room.

Its fairly decent (standard tech industry) package. Great for young families as they subsidize day care. Campus facilities are excellent (gym, cafe's, health care center, pharmacy)

Benefits are slowly being eroded and pay is not market competitive if you've been at the company longer than 12 months. Many years there are 0% raises.
