Best thing is the flexibility SAS offers when we are dealing with illness, family members' illnesses, childcare issues, etc. The managers genuinely care about the employees and the generous time off with pay allows us to care for our families without worrying about missing pay.

Last week of the year (Christmas to New Year's Day) is a company holiday separate from other standard holidays and vacation which I have not found anywhere else in the industry.
