Flexible PTO and winter break are a huge perk. Management doesn't ask questions when you need time off or let them know about vacation. As long as you make sure your work is on track or handed off to a team member to manage PTO is very respected.

The health insurance is amazing. My monthly premiums at SAS are less than I was paying at another company 12 years ago, and my FAMILY out-of-pocket limit is the same as the INDIVIDUAL out-of-pocket limit at my last job. The on-campus cafeterias are pretty great too
