They offer you the benefits package but not thinking that if there isn't work for a week or two than who gets stuck without getting paid or without insurance. I thought it was a fantastic idea that they offered insurance but now seeing that I have not worked in 2 weeks. How would my benefits be benefiting me if I don't have it to pay?
