The best thing about SCA 401 k Benefit plan is that you pay into it tax free as well as the company matches what you pay into is up to 4% and it seems to grow quickly.

They only match .50 cents on your first 4% . That is nothing. They should match dollar for dollar for at least 8% & management should not be thinking about their greedy bonuses so much & give back to their employees who are making thir company successful!
