The best thing about sca health insurance benefits is that there are many options as well as they offer dental and vision benefits and it gets paid from the pay check pre tax.

Health Insurance is very expensive. Deductibles are outrageously high to meet....one would go broke if your child broke a bone and needed Mri, blood work, X-rays, that we would have to pay cash to meet the deductible of like 5,000 before the "Health Insurance" kicks in! Why do we pay a monthly premium if we still have such a high deductible to pay.
As healthcare providers don't we get an employee discount? We should have the best health insurance for a good price since we are the industry!
