Good but moving towards a Cigna only plan. Heard good and bad things about them. They were putting in a higher deductible but company put aside a voluntary "helper" fund that covered half of the deductible and if you and spouse went to yearly physicals/blood test 3/4's (Base was $1K out of $2K. Get the physicals it was $1,600) was covered. As the ACA's $22K per year cap for family plans till the 40% tax kicks in that could change. Company DOES NOT guarantee that they will keep covering part of the deductible but they are now. It's only voluntary now.
