Pretty good overall. Some discount perks with companies like verizon. Insurance cost was lower than my wife's. However, one annoying thing was that she could not be on my plan because insurance was available to her from her employer, therefore she could not be on mine. Standard 401 match 3% when 6% contributed.
Best - Generally comprehensive, used to offer pension and some money back for taking HSA option which I liked.
Worst - 401K loan repayment comes due within 3 months of separation. There was no option to continue payments. This can cause a large income "distribution" on paper if you can't repay when you leave, then a tax hit for that tax year. I'm sure SGS is not the only place where that can happen, but it just can be a hardship. They also seemed to reduce some minor health care cost saving options over time. Again something that is probably happening in many places.

The amount of paid time off is fairly standard but they encourage you to take it and make accommodations as needed so you can. The insurance options can get expensive if you have a family.

Benefits are very good: medical, life dental insurance etc. The only one thing is only two weeks paid vacation. Other than that everything is good.
