401K Plan

SICK will match 100% of your elective deferral contributions up to the first 2%, and 50% of your contributions on the next 4%. If you elect to contribute 6%, you will receive a matching contribution from SICK totaling 4%.

VESTING:
All employees are vested in the Company Matching Contributions upon their hire date with SICK. You are always 100% vested in your contributions.

PROFIT SHARING:
Each year, SICK, Inc. makes a determination on providing a discretionary profit-sharing 401(k) contribution and the total amount is also determined on an annual basis. The employee must be actively employed on the last day of the year to be eligible for the annual profit-sharing contribution. SICK reserves the right to modify this program at any time.
