These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
SICK considers each employee as having one primary office. For Flex Workers, SICK does not provide
equipment for home office use. For Remote Workers, SICK will provide a standard package of equipment for home office use identified in the GUS IT Policy and ProcedureFlex Workers and Remote
Workers will establish an appropriate work environment within their home for work purposes. SICK will not be responsible for costs associated with the setup of the employee’s home office, such as remodeling, furniture or lighting, nor for repairs or modifications to the home office space.
SICK will reimburse the employee for business-related expenses that are reasonably incurred in carrying out the employee’s job but will not reimburse the employee for WI-FI service or other utility costs.
