We adopted a hybrid workplace model where you can leverage the benefits of collaborating and socializing in the office together with the flexibility to work from home regularly.

We want to empower you to make the choice that best suits your needs, that of your customers, and your team. You can use the flexible working guidelines below, to define what would work best for you and your role and seek approval from your manager. Equally, we understand that working from home isn’t for everyone. Flexible working is optional.
