401K Plan

Schlumberger has a great 401K plan and all around benefits package. They were a phenomenal company to work for in that aspect. That coupled with the employee stock options were wonderful bonuses to working for the company.

Matched dollar for dollar. Can't argue that!

Company match up to 6%.

One of the best I have heard with a 6% match.

Best thing is 4% employer match. Worse thing is fully vested after 4 years.
