SM&A provides three CIGNA dental plan options to choose from (HMO, Value PPO and Premium PPO). We offer coverage in three tiers (single, single plus one, and family). With these plans we provide a defined benefit contribution in order to share the cost of the benefits. The employee portion of the benefits is taken out pre-tax through the bi-weekly payroll. All SM&A employees working 30 hours or more a week are eligible for our dental benefits upon date of hire.
