Fertility Assistance

SRP offers employees infertility and fertility services that are not subject to a benefit limit and include the evaluation/diagnosis and surgical treatments of medical conditions causing infertility.

Any other medically necessary and nonexperimental fertility treatment is covered up to a maximum benefit amount. Fertility drug treatments are not covered, unless administered and billed by a physician’s office.
