ON-SITE & REMOTE
Full-time SRP employees are required to be in the office a minimum of two days a week unless otherwise dictated by the role.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Rotational Business Analysts are early-career professionals who participate in a two-year program during which they rotate through four six-month assignments on different teams throughout the organization. These rotational assignments offer opportunities to see various aspects of SRP operations and corporate business units. Program participants are full-time SRP employees and are afforded the same benefits as all other SRP employees.
"I would highly recommend the Business Analyst Rotation Program to any analyst entering the utility industry. This two-year program allowed me to understand and gain exposure to many aspects of SRP’s core business, including power delivery, financial planning and power trading. It also helped me build strong relationships throughout the company, which has proven to be very useful to the transition after the rotational program."
