Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Employees are eligible to participate providing that they are employed on the date the Enrollment Period begins and are either a (i) regular full-time employee, or (ii) part-time employee scheduled to be employed for more than twenty (20) hours per week and no less than five (5) months per calendar year. Enrollment for this plan occurs twice a year (in September and March).
