The best thing about vacation and paid time off at SWIFT is the generous PTO policy, which allows for a good work-life balance. The flexibility to take time off when needed makes it easier to recharge and maintain productivity.

vacation is 20 days a year, no roll-over past April from previous year

You start accruing extra 5 days of paid vacation after you complete 10 years and another 5 days after every 5 years.

Limited funds. Cannot choose your own funds.

You get 1 week of pto after one year. 2 weeks after 2 years then you're maxed out.

It starts from 25 business days annually. You get an additional day for every 5 year you work for the company and 1 or more additional days based on the job's seniority. There is no cap on sick leave, but of course everything is within reason.
