They do have many discounts on shopping, traveling, and flights by Etihad. But only ten percent, and with many constraints.

the cell phone service discount is great - 16% off i think, but the rest is just okay. It would be good to see more travel discounts.

good discounts offered in many areas

I have availed the AT&T International mobile plan and I'm very happy with it. 28% discount for the mobile rate plans, can give you a decent plan for as low as $40/mo. Also the gym and other related discounts are supposedly god, but I have no idea personally.
