Job Training

There is no onboarding for most corporate roles. There is onboarding for technicians, store managers, and district managers.

I only give this one 3 stars because it depends on the store that you go to. depending on who is your manager you can either learn a lot, or someone who is just not good at teaching and that can affect your pay and hold you back. When I started the manager that I worked under was a good manager but not a great teacher. That held me back for a while until the DM finally realized I didn't know enough. They need to have a standardized training class.

Ver hard to understand and they pretty much and you pages on instructions on how to do your job.

The y RUSH you thru training so THEY can meet the State requirement for tax break so EVERYONE is coming out of there UNPREPARED

The job training was two weeks long, and very thorough and enjoyable.

I myself was just thrown in but I made it my business to give training and guidance until my people felt comfortable

Training was pretty good. Too bad you can't really exercise the method they teach you. If you do you're considered slow and a poor performer.
