Performance Bonus

My bonus was based 60% on the company hitting their annual goals and 40% me hitting my performance goals.

You basically get between 1% - 4% every year as a merit increase.

Safelite use to have a bonus program that would pay out every quarter, and then they changed it to once a year. They said they were just going to combine them but it turned out that you would get 25% of what it use to be and changed the structure that if your store is performing but another store was under performing, that would negatively affect your bonus. One year I received an $8,000.00 bonus and the next year we had outperformed the numbers from the year before but another store underperformed and then the bonus was $700.00.

They mad it yearly to avoid having to pay it.

Your scores could be in the 90's and STILL be denied a bonus it is STRICTLY up to job coach and if they don't like you then forget bonus

I was hired in as a part time, entry level employee so did not qualify for performance bonuses.

they rip you off of commission and bonuses if numbers aren't just right

It started out ok but eventually things changed and you couldn't give employees what you knew they deserved
