Its nice to see how our 401K is growing. But its not nice to see it dropping. Not sure if it will all be there waiting for me when my retirement time comes. Sure hope so!

Pretty average 401K plan. One disadvantage is that due to high number of hourly employees at organization, higher paid professional employees are not allowed to put as much in, but don't get notified until later in year when money is kicked back

The Company doesn't match the funds.

I don't know much about it.

You earn what you put in it. Difficult to keep track of.
