Yes, WE do have Family Medical Leave for up 12 weeks. WE just empty nest.. I have not getting out of pocket or other

I am plzd that we have Family Medical Leave. I wish I knew about it when my child was having spine surgery removal. now, I know about it, I will use it , for my time off this nex summer, for her club foot surgery, for she will be down, for three months, in a wheel.

Difficult process. Alot of paper work. You are responsible for making sure you get paid. Sick pay is exangished if you choose to be paid during this time.

I'm not sure what the new plan gives but mine is really good

No medical family leave unless you want to come back to them firing you.

Used it but don't get much time when it's serous. But glad to see it this way need more easily ways to get this done.
