Anonymous Deli Manager

There is only a pension plan for union employees. 90% of managment is not union. If you are union and you are terminated of employment you do not get paid out your pension.

I really don't know much about there pension plan. I think it's just retirement which is like 60-70% of wages I think but my plan is different from newly highered people

I cannot provide enough information about this. I know it started for employees hired before Albertsons merger and a percentage is added every year but again, the company is very vague or unknowledgable about benefits.
